"All data created by you and stored in your enclayve device or enclayve app is solely owned by you. enclayve cannot access your data and cannot track your activity, therefore we do no data collection or tracking."
The enclayve business does not depend on selling your data, as do all other platforms, services and clouds.

enclayve is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for children and families. Protecting children from harm is a top priority.
1. enclayve prevents unsafe situations:
No unsolicited contacts. No one can contact a person in an enclayve network without first receiving an explicit invitation. Your network includes only family and friends you know.
No advertisements. All content in your enclayve network originates from real people that you already know.
No data collection, tracking or sales. The enclayve device makes data collection impossible, so there is nothing to collect, track or sell.
2. enclayve realizes zero tolerance. Safety first:
Immediate blocking. Within the enclayve app, anyone can block any post or user for any reason at any time. This goes into effect immediately without any review.
Complete control. The owner of an enclayve device can delete any post or any user at any time from the network.
Complete shutdown. At any time, you can simply unplug your enclayve device, which shuts down your social network to everyone immediately.
3. enclayve Reporting Policy
Full transparency. The enclayve app records information about the enclayve device it is using. enclayve will release all information on a device to law enforcement upon their request.
Reporting. Any illegal or suspicious activity can be reported directly to enclayve via email at:

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, please call 911 (or your local emergency number). For non-emergencies, contact your state or local child protective services agency.
